ALL RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:

  • Total Rental Rate.
  • Damage done the property will be paid with credit card.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Reservation requires an initial $300 USD as non-refundable reservation deposit, which is applied toward the entire reservation. Upon receipt of initial reservation deposit, a confirmation with payment due dates will be e-mailed to the principal party named on the reservation.

PAYMENT:

  • 50% of remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
  • Remaining balance due within 15 days of arrival.
*If time of occupancy is within 30 days special arrangements will be made via email.

 

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be in writing (by e-mail).
If you have to cancel your reservation we have a “no refund” policy unless we are able to book the property for the same dates that you had reserved. In this case, we will refund 100% of the rental price, providing you have paid for the rental in full. The maximum retained by Rentyucatan.com will be the 300 USD reservation deposit, assuming the property could be rented.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Any damage done to the property or any belonging will have to be paid with credit card or cash.

CLEANING: Upon departure the property will require a departure-cleaning service. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in good shape before departure. Guests shall leave all doors and windows locked and make sure the air condition and lights are turned off upon checkout. Guests are required to complete the following:

  • Do not move furniture from original locations ( including TV set )
  • Wash and put away all dishes.
  • Remove all food and trash from fridge, stove etc.
  • Place trash in sealed plastic bags in proper receptacle(s) Floors are to be broom cleaned of excessive debris.
  • Any furniture or bedding should be in a neat and tidy order. Failure to complete the above will result in extra charges that will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to guest.

CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-Out time and vacating the property on the day of departure is 5:00 p.m. All property keys must be returned to the owner before departure.

SUBLETTING PROHIBITED: Guest acknowledges that the rental property may not be sublet. Subleasing shall immediately void any rental agreement with no refund due to guest.

GUEST/OCCUPANCY: The property is limited to the maximum occupancy as stated in the confirmation provided with these terms of occupancy.

DISCLAIMER: Rentyucatan.com is not responsible for any accidents that happen in the pool or property. Rentyucatan.com is not responsible for personal valuables that may be lost or stolen. If you carry expensive equipment, we recommend you get travel insurance.

RIGHT OF ACCES: Rentyucatan.com shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, Rentyucatan.com may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the property.

BEACH SIZE/SEA LEVEL & INCLEMENT WEATHER: If residence becomes uninhabitable by unforeseen circumstances or other casualty, Rentyucatan.com may at its options, terminate rental agreement or repair damages (if possible). Sorry, no refunds will be made for inclement weather.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY: The guest whose name appears on the confirmation is responsible for all terms and conditions set forth in this document for them, their guests or others they may have visiting or staying at the vacation rental property during their term of occupancy.

VIOLATION OF TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY: When Guest(s) violate(s) any of the terms of occupancy, property rules, community rules or regulations, the guest(s) may be asked to vacate the property by Owner and NO refund will be due to guest(s).
